Welcome to Enclosed Commercial Logistics ("ECL"). By accessing our website, joining our pilot program, or utilizing our commercial package intake and back-door distribution services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Scope of Services

ECL operates centralized package rooms, digital intake logging, and scheduled back-door parcel distribution services for multi-tenant commercial plazas, retail strips, and office parks across Central Florida (including Downtown Orlando, Winter Park, and Lake Nona).

Commercial properties approved for our early-access pilot program receive 30 days of service free of charge, subject to the following conditions:

3. Delivery Intake & Chain of Custody

ECL assumes custody of parcels only after physical intake and scanning at our designated commercial hub. We are not responsible for packages damaged, lost, or misdelivered by third-party freight or parcel carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, Amazon) prior to check-in at our facility.

4. Prohibited Items

Our centralized hubs cannot accept illegal substances, hazardous or flammable materials, live animals, or items violating Florida or federal shipping regulations. ECL reserves the right to reject suspect freight.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, ECL's liability for any verified loss or damage occurring solely within our physical custody is limited to the direct replacement value of the damaged item or the service fee paid for that billing cycle.

6. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings shall be held in Orange County, Florida.

7. Website Content and No Warranty

The content on this website is provided for general informational purposes about our services. Service availability, coverage areas, pricing, and pilot program terms are described in good faith but may change, and nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer. Except as expressly stated in a signed service agreement, this website and our services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
