We Know How Buildings Actually Work
Enclosed Commercial Logistics was built by someone who spent years on the delivery side of the door — running routes, supervising field crews, and working inside secured commercial properties.
Talk to UsFounded on the delivery side of the problem
ECL did not start as a business plan. It started with a route. Our founder spent years moving high volumes of parcels through Central Florida properties every day — and saw the same failure repeat at every stop: a lobby with no one to receive freight, a package room already full by mid-week, and a stack of boxes left wherever there happened to be floor space.
Carriers are measured on stops per hour, not on what happens to a parcel after it is dropped. Property managers inherit the aftermath without staff, systems, or budget to handle it. ECL exists to own that gap deliberately, with people who have already done the work by hand.
Field-tested, not theoretical
Our procedures come from experience, not from a template. We know that a gate code changes without notice, that the freight elevator is committed to a move-in on the first of the month, and that the shortest route on a map is not the shortest route through a building.
That is why we plan around your property's real constraints before the first delivery run, and why we document what we do at every handoff.
- Access procedures agreed with management before service starts
- Routes built from a walked property, not a satellite image
- Custody documented from carrier intake to tenant door
The Experience Behind the Service
Handing a vendor keys, codes, and access to your tenants' property is a trust decision. Here is the background that stands behind it.
High-Volume Parcel Delivery
Years of hands-on route work moving hundreds of parcels a day under real carrier deadlines — through peak season, through weather, through properties with no loading dock and no receiving staff.
- Route sequencing and load planning for dense multi-stop days
- Scanning, manifest accuracy, and exception handling at volume
- Firsthand knowledge of how and where carrier handoffs fail
- Practical handling of oversized and awkward freight
Field Service Supervision
Direct experience supervising field crews: scheduling coverage, holding a standard when no manager is watching, and keeping service consistent across sites and shifts.
- Crew scheduling, dispatch, and daily coverage accountability
- Training and onboarding staff to a documented procedure
- Quality checks and corrective follow-up on missed service
- Direct communication with property contacts when issues arise
Commercial Security Protocols
Background in commercial security work — access control, patrol discipline, and incident documentation — applied to how our people move through your building.
- Access control discipline: no propped doors, no shared codes
- Key, fob, and code custody with clear accountability
- Incident observation, reporting, and escalation habits
- Working alongside on-site security and management teams
What You Can Hold Us To
Secured Buildings Stay Secured
Access granted to us is used only for the service you contracted, on the schedule you approved. Doors and gates are closed behind us, credentials are not shared, and any access issue we notice gets reported to management rather than worked around.
Every Parcel Is Accounted For
We take custody at intake and we document it through delivery. If a parcel is missing, delayed, or refused, you get a record and a straight answer — not a guess.
Local and Accountable
We serve Central Florida properties, including Downtown Orlando, Winter Park, and Lake Nona. You deal with the people who run the service, and issues are resolved by someone who has walked your property.
Your Team Stays on Their Job
Our measure of success is that leasing, maintenance, and front-desk staff stop thinking about packages entirely. If parcel questions are still reaching your team, the service is not finished.
Let’s Walk Your Property
