Privacy Policy
Last Updated: September 2026
Enclosed Commercial Logistics ("ECL", "we", "us", or "our") provides centralized commercial mailroom, package room, and back-door distribution management for commercial plazas and properties in Central Florida. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and the rights you have over it.
This policy applies to this website and to the pilot program request form on it.
1. Information We Collect
We practice data minimization: we ask only for what we need to evaluate a pilot request. When you submit our pilot program form, we collect:
- Business / store name — to identify the requesting business.
- Commercial property / plaza name — to determine service area eligibility.
- Professional email address — to respond to your request.
- Comments (optional) — any operational details you choose to share.
We do not ask for, and request that you do not submit, personal home addresses, payment card numbers, government identification numbers, or any sensitive personal information through this form.
Automatically collected data: our hosting provider records standard server log information (IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security, abuse prevention, and reliability. We do not use this information to build advertising profiles.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Evaluate and process your commercial plaza pilot program application.
- Contact you about your request and, if your business becomes a customer, coordinate delivery schedules and package intake protocols.
- Communicate operational updates, service alerts, and technical notices.
- Maintain the security of our website, delivery logs, and parcel management systems.
We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not send marketing email to addresses that did not request contact from us.
3. Legal Bases for Processing (EU/UK Visitors)
If you are located in the European Economic Area ("EEA") or the United Kingdom, we process your information on the following legal bases under the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR"):
- Consent — when you voluntarily submit the pilot request form, and for any non-essential cookies.
- Contract — where processing is necessary to evaluate, enter into, or perform a service agreement with your business.
- Legitimate interests — to secure our website and prevent fraud or abuse, balanced against your rights and freedoms.
- Legal obligation — where we must retain records to comply with applicable law.
4. Cookies and Tracking
This website does not run advertising networks, social media pixels, session recording, or third-party analytics scripts. We use only:
- Strictly necessary storage: a single browser storage entry that records your cookie banner choice, so that we do not ask again on every visit.
- Hosting and security cookies: set by our hosting provider where required to serve and protect the site.
If we introduce analytics or marketing cookies in the future, they will load only after you affirmatively accept them through our cookie banner. Declining leaves all non-essential storage switched off. You may change or withdraw your choice at any time by clearing your browser's site data for this domain, which causes the banner to appear again.
5. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, rent, or trade your contact or delivery information, and we have not done so in the preceding twelve months.
We share information only with:
- Service providers (processors) who operate our website, form infrastructure, and business email, acting on our instructions under contract. This website and its form submissions are hosted by Netlify.
- Parcel carriers (such as UPS, FedEx, Amazon, or DHL) and our own delivery personnel, limited to the minimum information needed to verify a recipient and complete a delivery.
- Legal and safety disclosures where required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect our rights, property, or the safety of others.
6. Data Retention
We keep pilot program form submissions for as long as needed to evaluate and follow up on the request, and no longer than 24 months from submission — unless your business becomes an active customer, in which case we retain records for the duration of the service relationship plus any period required for tax, accounting, or legal purposes. Server logs are retained on a short rolling basis by our hosting provider. You may request earlier deletion at any time using the contact details below.
7. Data Security
Our website is served over encrypted HTTPS connections, and form submissions are transmitted and stored through our hosting provider's access-controlled systems. We limit internal access to submitted information to personnel who need it to do their work. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. International Data Transfers
We operate in the United States, and information you submit is stored and processed in the United States. If you access this site from the EEA, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with different data protection laws, your information will be transferred to the United States. Where required, such transfers are made under appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
9. Your Privacy Rights (EU/UK)
If you are in the EEA or the United Kingdom, you have the right to:
- Request access to a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Request erasure of your data (the "right to be forgotten").
- Request restriction of, or object to, our processing.
- Receive your data in a portable, machine-readable format.
- Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out.
- Lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
To exercise any of these rights, email support@ECLogisticsFL.com. We respond within 30 days, we do not charge a fee for these requests, and we will not treat you differently for making one.
10. California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
- Know what categories of personal information we collect, why we collect it, and who we share it with.
- Access the specific pieces of personal information we hold about you.
- Delete personal information we have collected, subject to legal exceptions.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by California law, and we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that require an opt-out.
- Non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights.
The categories of information we collect are "identifiers" (business name, property name, email address) and "commercial information" (your service inquiry and comments). To submit a request, email support@ECLogisticsFL.com with the subject line "California Privacy Request". We verify requests using the email address on file and respond within 45 days.
11. Children's Privacy
This is a business-to-business service. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16 years of age. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices or in applicable law. We will revise the "Last Updated" date above, and material changes will be announced on this page.
